Breakfast
We will prepare a classic (and awesome) tournament breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. For Sunday you can book Weißwurst-Frühstück (white sausage + Pretzel + White Beer). Breakfast is included in your players fee.
During the day
There will be a barbecue (with vegetarian and vegan options), as well as a salad and cake buffet, all for fair prices (1 – 3€).
Evening
Dinner is DIY. Check out some of our suggestions on our map, or you know… use the search engine of your choice to find some tasty food.
Drinks
- Free coffee and tea all day.
- We will be selling soft drinks and beer all day (and most of the night).
- We will not be providing bottled water. Munich has some of the best tap water around, bring your own bottle and fill it up at the taps by field 1 (see our map).
Camping is no longer possible at the ESV München. We have arranged for space to sleep in two of the sports halls of the ESV München. Please take note of the following:
- Check out the location our map
- Entrance to the sports/sleeping halls from field 1/2.
- The doors will be toggled open, please be aware of your belongings.
- 5€ per Person per Night.
- Only non-marking sport shoes allowed (please take off your shoes at the door… try not to tie other peoples shoes together!).
- No glass bottles or alcohol allowed inside.
- Real Mixed, Gender Pulls, “ABBA”
- All games (except final) to 50 Minutes, or 15 Points. After the time is over the current point is played out, if the game is tied then one more point is played to decide the winner.
- Final: 60 Minutes or 15 points, Cap +1
- No half time. One time-out per team per game.
- Scoring is the responsibility of the teams playing. Please report scores to the tournament organisation via instant messenger or score sheet.
- Jingles will be used for time keeping: 5 minutes before the game, the start of the game, the last 5 minutes of the game and the end of the game.
- Last games on Saturday are either cross-over games (play to get to the top!) or bonus games (play for a special prize).
- Stay off the grass between field 1 & 2!
- Yeah, we know the party don’t start till you walk in we will however be waiting for you on Saturday with cool drinks and hot beats from 10pm until late into the night.
- The tournament theme extends to the party as well.
- Get your Pre-Game on in our Disco Shower! (Opens after the last games on Saturday)
- The party is only for people aged 18 or older.
- There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to be had for 1 – 4€.
- Please don’t bring external beer! (Due to a sponsorship arrangement between the ESV-München and Hofbräu we unfortunately have to fine each crate of external beer 100€).
- Glass bottles are only allowed at the food & drink area. Please do not bring them to the fields or the camping ground.
We will be keeping track of expenses electronically. After the tournament we will let you know how much you spent and where to transfer the money. Visitors can settle their balance at the Info tent separately.
- No smoking at the venue.
- No external beer! (Due to a sponsorship arrangement between the ESV-München and Hofbräu we unfortunately have to fine each crate of external beer 100€).
- Glass bottles are only allowed at the food & drink area. Please do not bring them to the fields or the sleeping hall.
- No stubby guts on the main field.
- Be kind to the grass. (We know, sideline work is important, but please stay off the grass between field 1 & 2 and try to stay on the running track by field 1)
